Who and what this covers.

This notice covers PVSR industrial-business communications only, not a different brand or its subscribers. Existing brand consents are not imported.

What we record and why.

The web form records your mobile number, affirmative choices, request or withdrawal time, receipt ID, the exact consent wording and its version, the page of collection and pending or suppressed status. This supports an auditable record of your choice and prevents a withdrawal being overwritten by another unverified request.

Technical request information may be processed by hosting infrastructure for security and rate limiting. The preference register itself does not store IP addresses or browser identifiers. The form does not collect a name, password, payment information or identity document.

Processing and sharing.

Records are stored in a restricted server directory outside the public website. Authorised staff and hosting infrastructure may handle them for preference management, security and responding to requests. No messaging provider is currently connected to this register, and submissions are not sent to a provider.

Before activating RCS, PVSR must confirm the messaging provider, phone-control verification and channel permissions, and update this notice with the relevant provider processing. If activated, the platform, carrier and contracted provider may process number, message content and delivery or interaction data as needed for the disclosed service.

Retention and your choices.

Records should be retained only for the relevant consent, withdrawal, audit and applicable record-keeping purposes and reviewed for necessity. A minimal suppression record may need to remain to honour a withdrawal. Contact the corporate mailbox for a review or deletion request; any necessary identity checks should be proportionate.

Request withdrawal using the online form or corporate email. For an activated RCS conversation, use its unsubscribe control or reply STOP; HELP should provide support information. Those provider-side functions remain unverified for this website and are not presented as live.

Current operational status.

Submissions are recorded as pending and unverified. No automated RCS or SMS messages are sent by this website. A receipt is evidence of a form submission, not proof of phone ownership or carrier approval.
